Sarah Kathryn at her first concert!!As of Saturday (7th) Sarah Kathryn was 3 months old...it is sort of bitter sweet! I feel like we learn new things about her each and everyday. The best thing part of her being 3 months is that for the last two weeks straight she has been sleeping through the night! I feel like we are actually on somewhat of a schedule these days which has been wonderful. Not only does Sarah Kathryn sleep through the night but she has discovered that she loves to sleep on her side. She rolls over like crazy and then she will roll back over which is new for us. She has formed a new love for her Graco swing which up until now she has hated! In fact she is looking at me from her swing while I type this blog and she is just talking away...I love a happy baby. I will say that she is not always a happy baby but we are still trying to figure that out. She has been diagnosed with acid reflux and we are now on our second medication and we pray that it will help her little tummy to feel better. Sarah Kathryn's favorite past time is to go shopping with her mommy. I promise that no matter where we go she loves it. She loves to be on the go all the time which is great for me. I even took her to the pedicure place this week and she sat there and just watched while I was pampered. Although, I will say that we had to do a diaper change in the middle of my pedicure which was sort of funny!! Sarah Kathryn has also discovered some new best friends--her hands!! She loves to suck on her hands constantly! Her hair is finally starting to grow back in on the top, which I love because I am dying to put a hair bow in her hair. Yesterday, Sarah Kathryn went to her first outdoor concert! We took her to the Alabaster City Fest (ok, sort of cheesy) but Sister Hazel was playing and Thomas and I both like Sister Hazel. She loved looking around and checking everyone out. We only lasted about an hour and a half because I was getting sick from the blazing hot heat. Another milestone for us was the adventure to the church nursery this morning. Up until now we have been talking her with us to our community group and church worship service but today she went to the nursery. She did great and even took a long nap once we got home. She did not eat much while she was there but she let the nice lady rock her to sleep. We were able to attend both community group and worship service. I hope this gives you a good look at the last month!

I am SO impressed that you went for the nursery!! isnt it nice to have that milestone covered?
so sorry we could not make Sister Hazel. that would have been such a fun outing with the babes. looking forward to Tuesday!!
So sweet!! :)
Sarah Kathryn is becoming her own little person with her own likes and dislikes!! I love that! You and Thomas get to discover who she really is. Hope all that makes sense. :)
And what a great BIG step going to the nursery. I've heard that's so hard for mommies to "let go" and let their babies go into someone else's care, so I'm proud of you!! :)
Great summary of the last month, Stacey!
Love you!!
She is so precious! I cant believe that she is already three months old. I think that it is so cute that she found her new best friend - her hands. I hope yall are doing great! You are such a wonderful mom! Love you!!
