Trying to figure this out...

Ok, so I am trying to figure this whole blog thing out so please bare with me! Thomas and I wanted to start this so our family and friends would be able to stay up to date with our new family. We recently welcomed Sarah Kathryn to our family on March 7, 2008 at 12:24pm and she is the most amazing human being I have ever met (did I mention she is beautiful too!!). She just turned a month old last Friday and she is getting bigger and bigger each day...which I have to say I am sad about! I want her to stay little forever but I will say that the older she gets the more chance that we have of her growing out of her fussy times! She recently started having fussy times after she eats so we took her to the doctor this morning and she has been diagnosed with an immature GI track. The doc gave us some drops to give her and maybe that will help her little tummy and she won't be in so much pain. It just kills us when she is crying and there literally is nothing that we can do to help her. It is so weird to have this little person that is dependent on you for everything and then you can't seem to comfort them at all times. Other than that Thomas and I just love to stare at her all day long...yes we are pretty boring. I feel like all I do is feed her which has been another story in its self. I have been breastfeeding her and all is going well seeing that she already weighs 9lbs 7oz and she had a birth weight of 7lbs 12oz!! Thomas and I feel so blessed to have this healthy little girl in our lives. Hopefully next time my post will be more interesting but for now I am trying to get you up to date!I am going to attempt to post some pictures of our little one and hopefully I will get the hang of this soon.
